10 YEARS SOBRE RODES AND MANY MORE TO COME
Sobre Rodes turned 10 in 2024, and to celebrate, here’s a montage of some of the moments I’ve recorded. Sobre Rodes has now surpassed 1,000 performances worldwide, and there are many more to come!

THE SUMMER 2023 TOUR COMES TO AN END
It was a beautifully organized tour with over 40 performances of L’Y – Ànsia per volar and Sobre Rodes across five different countries. So many incredible moments, with a special mention to the Lugano Busker Festival, which featured both shows!
Another highlight of the summer was reuniting with Les P’tits Bras, an aerial circus company with whom I shared four years of my artistic career between 2014 and 2018. I owe much of my circus experience to them.
LA PLAGES DES SIX POMPES
Finally, after two years of waiting, La Plage des Six Pompes festival in La Chaux-de-Fonds (Switzerland) hosted Sobre Rodes this summer. The experience wasn’t entirely new for me, as I had already performed in the same Place du Marché back in 2017 with Les P’tits Bras and their show L’Odeur de la Sciure.
But this time, I was alone on stage, and as you’ll see in the video, the audience size was incredible. There were three performances, each with a larger crowd than the previous one. Luckily, I had the unconditional support of Silvia; it wouldn’t have been the same without her, not even close.
Here are some pictures that speak for themselves.
Karnasouk in Vitry-sur-seine (Paris)
Everything seemed complicated at first, as I had to adapt Sobre Rodes to an indoor venue for the first time. This meant no fire and the need to create a new 10-minute finale. The Efímer act took its place in the show, well-integrated and very well received.
The audience followed me throughout the entire performance. To this day, it remains the best Sobre Rodes show I’ve ever performed. The conditions certainly helped: linoleum flooring, spectacular lighting, professional organization, and an incredibly engaged audience.
But as if that wasn’t enough, after the show: sauna and concerts until the early hours of the morning.
Karnasouk—highly recommended, both as a performer and as a festival-goer!
